BWD Policies - Please note

• All lessons require 24 hours notice to cancel/ reschedule.
  
  
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount for that lesson.
  
  
• A Private Lesson guarantees optimal individual attention from the instructor. However, you are not guaranteed a private room. A Studio is typically shared with other Private Lessons.
  
  
• Refunds are made in the form of a Gift certificate valued at the amount of the unused portion of any package, requested within one year of original purchase.
  
  There are no cash or re-credit refunds.
